- skillset can be vastly improved - company works on cutting edge technologies like kubernetes, Infra as code generally, apache spark and many others. succeed here means career on right track - clean energy industry so job satisfaction - very talented people to work with - though not big company, lot of investment so cash-rich

- company needs robust strategy to grow fast and meet market demands.
