Axis has a great working culture for their employees and a fun and collaborative work environment. They allow for flexibility in working hours and environment as long as it's not taken advantage of, and encourage junior staff members to take responsibility and ownership for projects - sort of as a learn by doing process - under the supervision of a mentor. Even though we are divided into teams - it is encouraged and supported for people to get training and mentorship from senior staff members on other teams in order to get a more enhanced experience.

I joined Axis almost a year ago, and it was the best career decision I've made so far. Everyone is creative, thoughtful & thorough especially with training new hires. I came from a completely different industry and they made the transition seamless. Some of the awesome perks are Peer-to-Peer Recognition- rewards system to reward each other with online purchases (sky's the limit with what your reward can be), Summer Fridays, office happy hours & catered lunches what's not to love?
