Pros
Generally, all of the co-workers were great to work with. There is a lot of opportunity to learn about hands on production.
Cons
The management doesn't know how to communicate effectively and support their employees. Their expectations aren't appropriate because they lack an understanding of their own production process. The place is poorly kept, and is quite depressing. There isn't any support to take ownership of the position or expand in creative growth.
