      The team is the real reason the company succeeds. The effort and commitment shown every day is undeniable.

      Cons

      Unrealistic standards and crushing expectations paired with laughably low pay. It makes no sense to demand top tier work while offering compensation that barely reflects the workload, especially with constant overwork treated as normal.
