Pros
If you're Chinese and doesn't speak a lot of Japanese, there are a lot of language support and your team would usually help you as much as possible.
Cons
Only get jobs from big SIers like Fujitsu and NEC, so expect a lot of busy work, spaghetti code and long hours. Also not a lot of room for technical growth since you spend most of the time fixing problems than creating anything new.
