Pros
Great styling techniques and training. Good and talented styling team.
Cons
You work like a machine, every 45 min you have a new person waiting on your chair or in the waiting room for you to blow dry their hair. Breaks between clients don't exist unless you finished a little earlier with a client on your chair and lunch time is very short. Pay is low for the amount of hard work you do. Demanding clients.
