      Pros

      A great place to work. Working environment is clean and soft with nice people interaction, always ready to help.

      Cons

      Pay rate less for more responsibilities, but overall great bonus and PTO provided. Salary will be review every year and bumped...so set to go higher.

      Great people, good working conditions. They really take care of you and are willing to give you a chance to prove yourself.

      Cons

      They really need to update their manufacturing processes to get an advantage on their competitors. Market research would help sales teams to meet company goals. Improve customer satisfaction through focusing on customer needs instead of company needs.
