Room for advancement, middle management are good people.

Cons

Upper management leave a lot to be desired. Heavy micromanagement, expected to take on extra work in other departments to make up for inadequate staffing.

You have a nice expense account to entertain.

Cons

Unless you are employed out of one of the west coast offices prepare to be micro managed, ridden hard and given little to no tools for success. In the highly competitive world of court reporting, this company had zero marketing. Clients have never even heard the name.
