Pros
They allow you to work from home when needed. It's small with good culture.
Cons
Pay could be a little higher. You have to ask for a raise each year. One year we received a Christmas bonus and the next we didn't.

Decent time off policy, flexible hours, paid lunch hour, opportunity to work with many clients
Cons
There's a lot of drama within the management department. They throw a lot of work on you last minute with difficult deadlines. It's very clique-y, understaffed, and underpaid. No room for advancement for most employees. No 401K match or any real benefits package.
