Leadership. Respect. Trust. Passion. If you work at the Bean Automotive Group you are likely familiar with those values. While many companies have mission statements and customer promises written in their employee docs somewhere, at the Bean Automotive Group truly lives by them. It's the foundation of their customer promise and guides each and associate into promoting and exceptional working environment.
Cons
None, but be prepared to live up Bean Automotive Group employee standards and values. It may be a transition from those in the auto industry and the style of management typical of other auto dealerships. Aggressive conduct will not be tolerated at Bean Automotive, and really shouldn't be anywhere. Also be prepared to embrace a corporate culture that is team-oriented, and contributes to community events, charities and organizations.
