Pros

Owner certainly cares about staff and always goes above and beyond in any situation more so than any other company I've worked for. Great work environment including a Pool table for breaks or if you just need a quick 5 minute breather. Great opportunities to learn and grow within the IT industry with very good support whenever needed.

No cons that I have experienced.

Pros

Expand your skill set with training opportunities and guidance from a knowledgeable employer. Be encouraged to strive for excellence in service, and to take pride in your work. Well-equipped and spacious office with plenty of natural light. Claim expenses for necessary tools and clothing. Also: free lunch Fridays, going home 30mins early most days, playing pool in the office on your breaks, and team outings!

Cons

Management was a little sparse at times, and I sometimes struggled to maintain my work/life balance in a small team with some very demanding clients in crucial industries, but I came away with more knowledge and experience in my time here than in nearly twenty years' prior service elsewhere; I regret nothing, and it has made me a far stronger technician.
