      Pros

      This is a product company and lot of technical work exposure. You get to work with best people here who treat you with respect and warmth. My lead was very understanding and supportive. team members were cool.

      Cons

      Maybe they can have more fun meetings like every month for team members as we all were remotely working. I used to miss office environment. i wanted to meet people and have fun with work.

Yes, our people are definitely great. They all come together to create a culture of respect, trust, and belongingness. We hear you on the remote front. We know it’s been hard to work remotely and have limited opportunities to connect in person. We do a lot of virtual activities to bring people together and run programs like video coffee buddies, Friday happy hours, health and wellness campaigns, and virtual fun team games. Currently, we are doing in-person meetups once every 4 months as most of our team is working in different parts of the country. But we are evaluating the options of bringing team members together more frequently. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate it very much!

      working with Chandigarh team and I must say it is a very good working place. team leads are very good. very respectful environment, productivity-oriented, challenges with a lot of learning. teammates are very positive and helpful. very good & helpful hr team.

      nothing that I faced in the last few months of my joining. enjoying it a lot.
