      1. You should keep a stable job if you keep working hard as usual. 2. All employees are friendly 3. Good place for people with self motivation 4. Flexibility 5. If you did not fit for one position, instead of being laid off, you may be offered to have other positions

      Cons

      1. As a small company, the salary and benefit level might not be as good as big companies, but the company has improved to the middle level from the low level in the expensive Bay Area. 2. It is hard to predict the company's revenue since the majority product and services are not repeatable.
