Pros
I’ve been working with this agency on and off for a couple of years. I started part time, went full time for a year. Took some time off and now I am back part time. This is a creative team who cares about their clients and work on a variety of things. It’s a small business that works with small to midsize brands and it’s never boring. I get to work on a lot of the restaurant clients which is awesome for my happy place not as awesome on my scale! I’ve seen a variety of different personalities come through from a team standpoint but the clients have almost all been consistent which is nice because you get in a groove.
Cons
There has been some turn over here which is annoying because it shifts workload around of a small team. But as a part time person this is actually good for me I guess lol. People are annoying - they say they want to work in a fast paced agency environment but then bail when they actually are expected to lol. This isn’t really the businesses con as much as just a con that is a reality - but it’s been like his at my last two jobs also. So what can u do?

Pros
I've been working with the team on projects here in NYC and the main team in the Dallas office. Everyone is super chill and the work is cool. The creative varies - we've been working on everything from fashion to football so its not boring. There is a project management system so its organized.
Cons
There are a lot of processes to learn at first so that was sorta a lot to take in. But once I had been doing it for a while it all sorta clicked and now its chill.
