Pros
Nice working environment, great office location. Management and co-workers seemed hardworking and sincere. I would recommend other non-Chinese employees to have a strong grasp of the Chinese language and working culture before diving in.
Cons
As a non-Chinese employee, there was very little support. I had to self-translate all of the human resources information, and parts of my job duties weren't quite clear because of the language barrier. Direct management was very nice and professional, but perhaps too hands off.
