Pros
Since the initial interview I knew that Blue Chip was different. Truly going beyond to establish a good work/life culture. Great co-workers all on the same page coming together to get the job done. They treat you like a person and not an employee The new office space is massive and modern Most Fridays is BBQ lunch day in the summer

It's hard to find anything negative to say as I quite enjoyed my time working there.
