      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, employment expectations are reasonable and work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      No product-market fit, engineering culture is weak at best. Lead engineers are not collaborative or open to different ideas. Documentation/red tape is used to suppress innovation.

      I’ve worked here for over a year and it is the most talented and collaborative group of people I’ve met in my 20+ year career. Other benefits include - unlimited pto - generous holidays and pay - everyone jumps in to help - amazing culture, fun, and spirit
