1. Hourly Employees paid strictly by position. Good-Great performance does NOT warrant a pay raise. "This is what the position pays ... "
2. Treat employees terribly, and could care less
3. Managers are accountable only for the numbers. If ownership is satisfied with the numbers, little else matters.
4. There have been people promoted based upon their superior results achieved through lies, deception, computer manipulation, and stealing business from fellow employees.
5. Upper Management does not want to hear/does not care about repeated supervisor failings, and lies.
