      - I’ve never met a team of volunteer coordinators more dedicated to their program like at BARCC. - Flexible volunteer hours, prioritizes volunteer mental health - great place to build community, as the coordinators have social & community outreach events regularly.

      Cons

      - as in many non profits, most people are overworked and underpaid.
