We appreciate your honest review of BIB and management has since taken your advice. The company was sold in late 2017 to new ownership and has had a new CEO since May of 2020. During the past two years, the company has moved to an employee centric focus. This focus is not only to develop internal talent, but also recognize and reward all efforts production and non-production related.

Lots of company drinking, was there prior to 2013

Owner likes to hire young women with no experience, everyone interacts inappropriately making for a toxic environment. Senior level people marrying their assistants.
