      There are very few family owned facilities left in the state of Washington, this is a great company with vision directed towards the quality care of their residents .

      Cons

      State regulations create work challenges, but the management team strives to provide the best care despite regulatory changes.

      Pros

      Great Experience working alongside PT/OT Therapist and Nurses to help improve resident's mobility and get back to as much independence as possible. Direct Patient care as a CNA was both challenging and rewarding at the same time.

      Very hard on my body. Got burned out. Short staff way too much.

      Wonderful owners with high standards of care. Very kind ADON. Generally a very good environment.

      Cons

      Frequent staffing difficulties, but they did use agency when possible. Healthcare benefits are subpar.
