The owners are great and my manager Mindy was amazing.
Cons
When it was time to go home and next shift didn't show because they were frequently late it was frustrating.

Pros
The ability to make your own hours in this position is a plus. There are benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a company discount, but missing retirement and profit sharing. The owners truly cares about the people who work for them, and the team is overall great to work with.
Cons
Some of the department managers are very stressful to work with. Logistics is a huge pain in a remote location but once you learn the ins and outs it is a huge asset to have later on down the line. Work life balance was practically non existent which was a large part of why I left.
