1. I found best place to put all our learnings and equal opportunities to work on multiple projects. 2. Provides expose to management on the word/effort we put in. 3. Work life balance can be easily managed 4. Better compensation/hikes are given timely 5. Great place to enjoy the work, great team support

Cons

It depends on individual attitude how we react/grab the opportunity in work place. I don't have anything to say here.

Pros

Working at this small tech company in Brighton has been a great experience. The company culture is fantastic, with lots of social events and a fun, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to meet new people and make friends. They are very supportive of various humanitarian projects, which is something I truly appreciate. The team is always helpful, and stakeholders are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, fostering a very innovative environment. Overall, it's a wonderful workplace with plenty of personal and professional growth opportunities.

- really high level of company transparency, information is easy to find and access. - Accomodations made to ensure remote team members feel part of the team - great if you like a lot of autonomy - working with highly skilled colleagues - really flexible working environment
