Pros
- flat hierarchy - everyone was able to do whatever they wanted to do (not sure if that's a 100% good thing though)
Cons
- founders that had problems with micromanaging - founders talking bad about employees to other employees - lack of communication - no respect towards employees When closing the company, everyone got fired not accordingly to the contracts. The founders were too focused on themselves to care for employees good (one of them already had a job one week after announcing that company is closing - apparently they already knew what's coming, but decided to leave employees with nothing).
