It’s wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work - Best part is their open door policy, you can go and discuss anything with the top management.

Cons

Work requirements are erratic, at times you are flooded with a lot of tasks simultaneously while there are also times when the work load is way too little.

A great Company to work for as the senior management is very supportive and the fellow employees are great. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow The salary is great and food is great; the fridge is always full and coffee is great.
