I am currently working at CCBA Designs as an architect. CCBA Designs is an internationally acclaimed design firm headed by the Master Architect Professor Christopher Charles Benninger. The office building itself is an architectural masterpiece and befitting of the ethos and status of CCBA. A modern building with an essence of Indian traditional architecture.
While the workplace is fantastic, the workplace environment is no less. The place is very welcoming to everyone, and all the stakeholders are encouraged to come up and present their ideas. The workplace culture is one of sharing ideas, equality, and personal growth. There is no hierarchy in office and its functions, except where it’s utmost necessary. The fact that the employees get to work with Master Architect directly is a testament to this.
At CCBA Designs one gets a chance to work on projects of varied scale across the globe, ranging from residential projects to largescale townships. Some of its notable projects include The Royal Court of Bhutan, IIT Hyderabad, College of Engineering Pune, and Azim Premji University. The most wonderful thing about this is that the employees get to work hands-on on these projects and are involved from the ideation stage to the very end.
