      Pros

      the best working place, have learnt alot of automotive knowledge alongside building great rapport with my team lead, and work peers. Returning to the work force is never easy after having children but CDM gave me a chance to flourish in one aspect of my life. i have developed alot as an individual during my time here.

      Relaxed, everyone is relaxed. There’s a lot of people that are there to assist you in your work

      Management sucks, all that do is act like they know what they’re doing rather than actually do anything. They only get involved when the client is involved
