Cons
The company used to pay for health insurance, but quit paying a few years back. I couldn't afford the premium. Only allowed 1 week of vacation and there is a blackout period - can not go on vacation the last week of July or the first week of August due to the demand of college move-in/move-out at Iowa State University.
