      Pros

      After nearly a year of working here, I have to say I still enjoy working here - the team, the office, the work we all do, meeting innovation companies, and attending great events (social & educational). The great side about working on a small team, is you get lots of experience and exposure. You get an invitation to the leadership table, more than once! (which is what I was looking for). I'm looking forward to another great year!

      Small staff, so lots of projects for everyone on the team.

      Pros

      CONNECT is a big brand in the San Diego innovation community. They are really focused on the mission to help entrepreneurs start companies. The CEO is very supportive of all the employees and everyone at CONNECT is great to work with. The office has a fantastic vibe, and young entrepreneurs show up every day to use the office and meet with their EIRs.

      Cons

      Hard say there are any big negatives. It would be great if we had more space for startups to work on the office.
