Pros

Flexible schedule and work hours. Lucrative commission schedule and earnings opportunity. I am a former member of the CS Recruiting team and had the privilege of working alongside such a caring group of people. I still keep in touch and am good friends with many of the people there. Including my former manager(s). The CEO Charlie Saffro is one of a kind. She cares about every single member of her team and will do everything she can to help them succeed. Not just Charlie, but all members of the leadership team within CS. When I started with CS, I had 0 recruiting experience or specific industry knowledge. Within 2 years I was promoted into a senior recruiter role and constantly acknowledged for my hard work. Their commission structure is top-tier as well. The company persevered as a team through the pandemic and came out 10X stronger. Since I left nearly a year ago to pursue a dream of mine entirely outside of recruiting, the company only continues to thrive with great leadership and new team members developing over time. If you're looking for amazing company culture and a place to be rewarded for your hard work, look no further. You'll make some great friends along the way as well, I guarantee it.

Cons

Recruiting is a tough ballgame any way you draw it up. But hard work pays off.

Pros

-Top company priority = their PEOPLE -Flexible and understanding (100% work from home) -Committed to transparency (goals, financials, projects, initiatives, etc.) -Values celebrating each other in small and big victories -A culture that supports vulnerability and collaboration across all levels -While being a remote company there's always the opportunity to meet up with the team each quarter (if not monthly) *Providing some of the best moments of the year*

Cons

-A 100% work from home opportunity is not for everyone, but CSR makes it as easy as possible to adjust to that style -The recruiting world takes some grit and hustle, but if that's your jam, you'll thrive

Pros

Team members embody our values and show a genuine care, and interest in one another at work as well as in personal lives as well What our team shares is unique. Our culture may be indescribable, but it's something we all feel and know we're lucky to have!

Cons

Not really a con, but the expression 'word hard play hard' applies here! If you're looking for down time this is not your ideal workplace. Everyone's dedication to succeed is contagious, so be ready to hit the ground running!
