CST of America is a privately held company with approximately 200 employees worldwide. Very few layers of Management providing an effective environment for getting things done. CST prides itself on treating it's Employees fairly and creates a friendly and rewarding work environment. International travel to Germany once a year for training and US travel occasionally. CST's facilitates are modern and some limited work from home situations are allowed.
