Cons

If you work full time, you spend a lot of time with the same people. But same can be said of any job. So no downside to note at this time.

Pros

Great management, supportive coworkers, competitive wage, and overall, I am happy to go to work every day. It is a smaller company that does not neglect individual attention towards employees. Despite the simplistic nature of the job, I feel like I am genuinely helping people and have potential here.

Cons

Must be flexible with scheduling, e.g. staying after scheduled time if necessary and working weekends/holidays.
