      Pros

      - multiple weeks of training with at least 1 instructor. Ainsleys and George were amazing at teaching, demonstrating, and testing new hires to prepare for the RBT test. (They pay for your certification). By far felt very prepared when I started my first cases. - pay was very well, not the highest paying but offered more opportunities for pay than most Sacramento companies. You can bill for mileage and drive time especially if you check in with the office for cases you usually can’t bill for. - super friendly coworkers and supervisors for the most part. - well stocked clinic, really fun (crazy loud) environment

      Cons

      - not many branches so limited growth - not much support if working in at the school sites
