Pros

A good job once you get settled in. Co-workers are friendly and easy to get along with, especially if you’re a new hire who’s still getting settled into their position. Most people in the office have good work ethic (most but not all). A good job overall if you’re a hard worker.

Cons

Rumors have it that advancement in the company is minimal. Don’t know if this is the case because I personally haven’t been here that long, but I consider this to be a con if that’s the case.

1. work remotely, very flexible 2. work life balance is good 3. my project manager is awesome, work very smoothly with him. 4. 401K and Health Insurance is good

Cons

No social connection with my colleagues. I don't meet anyone in my company, I can't recognize any one if someone in my company stand in front of me.

Work-Life balance is amazing! People are great, and training for being remote is good. You get a lot of experience on different clients and systems.

Cons

No roll-over PTO Benefits are ok Pay and Bonuses kept going down each year.
