      Pros

      As far as the financial services industry is concerned, it's top 3 places to work and it's not number 3. Delicious Welfare Package, Nice Allowances, Quarterly parties, Awesome people. You'll work a lot but the learning experience will be worth it.

      Cons

      Same for every other finance house. When the pressure comes in or there are tight deadlines, you'll get squeezed for results.
