Pros
I've been here for around 8 months and this is truly the best job I've had. - It's a joy working with my colleagues - they truly know their stuff and are so helpful and supportive. - The level of flexibility offered is unlike anything I've seen before - Work from anywhere, you choose your timings etc. - The work is super interesting too. As a marketer, its difficult to find companies with such a bold and fun brand. This makes everyday work super enjoyable, creatively fulfilling and impactful. - The pay is great as well. - You have a great chance to make huge impact no matter what role you're in. Roles are shaped around the person and not the other way around. This has enabled me to work on various projects with different teams.
Cons
Nothing that I've seen till now. As long as you're into remote work, everything should be good.
