Pros
Casers does attempt to look after staff, with HMO, life insurance and assistance with children education.
Cons
Casers has currently very poor structure and no clear policy on critical areas of operations. Staff are left guessing as to what the process is from week to week. This is not helped by the many changes to management as heads of departments and key managers have left the group in 2021.
