      Pros

      This environment provides a lot of opportunities to grow if you perform well. The products are world class and the employees at my location are very friendly and helpful. Leadership is very good and supportive.

      Cons

      Performance is very important in this company so the pressure can be very high. I thrive under pressure so this isn't a con for me but it may be for others.

      Get to work in all sorts of industries and know a bit a virtually all industries. Massive know-how in the welding field, second to none.

      Company seems to be losing a bit of its identity.
