      Pros

      Good benefits, nice office and location, monthly birthday celebrations, management is easy to talk to about any issues you may be facing both at work and personal. Hybrid-Remote and Flex schedule opportunity is available for most after 90 days. Great stepping stone from collage to career.

      Cons

      There were some social gatherings but would have liked to see more team building events or field site visits on projects being worked on. Would have liked to seen more investment in continued education for the position being filled and better EOY bonuses.

      Pros

      The company places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which has been greatly appreciated. Additionally, management is supportive and provides frequent opportunities for professional development and growth.

      Cons

      And while communication is generally good, there have been instances where better coordination between departments could have avoided delays or confusion.

      Pros

      The thing that is most valuable for me is to be interested in what you are doing. The company has multiple projects you can choose to work on, and I choose one upon my tastes. Most of the projects in the company have a good opportunity for growth, and also high competitiveness in the market. If that is what you are searching for in your employment you found the right place.

      Cons

      Maybe a better connection between seniors and juniors would make great work for some projects, but it is not related to mine one
