Family owned and operated. Laid-back atmosphere with co-workers that really care and want to help each other succeed. Great benefits and various opportunities to grow within. Willingness to teach new skills to employees who choose to expand their knowledge.
Cons
Parking. Not a lot of employee parking options.

Ceramic Tile Design is a family owned company where while a professionally run corporation enjoys the family values of a progressively leaning organization. CTD enjoys the respect in its industry from both employees, customers and vendors alike.
Cons
Being one of the top tier companies in the Bay area it's showrooms are typically very busy so you will be working hard.
