I have had the pleasure of working for Certicon for the past 9 years, and it has been an absolute pleasure. From day one, I have been impressed by the level of support, encouragement, and opportunities for growth that I have received. The leadership here is top-notch. They are always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer support whenever needed. They have a clear vision for the company and work tirelessly to ensure that all employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Cons
During the high growth in past years it happened that some junior managers appeared in middle management. They had no previous regulatory experience and it seemed that they were not willing to learn anything new neither to lead the project but fortunately already left the company. Some changes proposed by employees takes too long to implement, but overall I feel like my voice is valuable. There are few frustrated employees who has such an impact on overall culture and atmosphere.
