Great place to work - but could easily be excellent with a few tweaks

Pros
The office and its location are excellent, as is the 401k match. Health benefits are good but could be improved on. Team events are plentiful and the office is a caring one, people look out for each other. Tech hardware is new for each hire, plus some nice new-starter perks. Communication is honest, transparent and frequent.
Cons
Diversity is lacking, older generations are under-represented, as are females. Ethnic diversity is something I wish there were more of. I'm a white male by the way. Focus on and maintaining a direction and a product seems short-lived and appears to lack planning and coordination which is a little unsettling.
