Pros

I’ve been working remotely at ChartRequest , and I couldn’t be happier. The trust, autonomy, and flexibility make a huge difference in day-to-day motivation. Even across time zones, the team culture is strong — people are approachable, and help is always just a message away. It’s the kind of remote environment where you feel empowered and connected.

Cons

Working with a globally distributed team can make scheduling meetings difficult and may occasionally lead to delays in cross-functional collaboration.
