      Pros

      Cheme is a really an inclusive organization. many opportunities are provided to the employees to expand their knowledge in the engineering and project management fields, as long as you want it.

      Cons

      The organization is initially confusing as there are no direct managers. There are work groups and PMs and your job assignment will be based on the company project needs. So next month you might be reporting to an other project manager and that could be confusing, for some.

      The organization is very flat, and that everybody is approachable and supportive of your growth and fulfilment in your job. There is a strong focus on work life balance. Do you have the ability to take control of your desired career path and future. The organization will support you. There is this strong focus on personal development in that every employee has a mentor and there’s an active mentoring program in the organization.

      Organization demands a great deal of personal initiative, self activation and focus.
