Pros
It's really great working at Cipher Skin. It's a team attitude around here. No one ever feels like they are cast out on island on their own. If you need help, you will get help with whatever you are working on. If you succeed, the whole team succeeds.
Cons
To be honest, there really are none. Usually at a startup, its all about uncertainty. However, at Cipher Skin I have rarely felt unsure about the longevity of the company.

* Supportive, knowledgeable team * Small team allows for a lot of variation in day to day role * Exciting to work with people who are excited about what we do and what we are working towards * Opinions are valued and heard most of the time * Pay is competitive * Diversity is highly encouraged * Unlimited PTO
Cons
* Constantly moving. Deadlines come quickly. Can be intense sometimes * Working well under pressure is to be expected * Long hours * Moving quickly comes with the price of some things falling through the cracks
