      Pros

      Great company that really cares about it's product and customers. The management is really good too and they operate with an open door policy. They don't keep anything from its employees and they make decisions with you, not for you. I've been working here for 1 year and I've had 3 decent raises. They are trying to encourage more local sales and increase volume for national sales, this company is only going to get more and more successful.

      Cons

      Small company so no benefits are offered. Slow season is long and SLOW so that can be grueling sometimes.

      Great company, really cares about their employees. Positive environment, clean, and very flexible with life responsibilities.

      No benefits & you can only climb the ladder so much

      Pros

      Close-knit group, nice facility, opportunities for advancement if you really blow them away. Good company whose heart is in the right place. Owner genuinely wants to do right, but is obsessed with the numbers.

      Cons

      Original owners still work there, but their son has taken over as president. They're having a hard time letting go, and can be very overzealous. To keep your job long-term you have to really wow the owner.
