Pros
There is a community amongst the co-workers that makes for a very pleasant work environment. Upper management is always readily available to us. They give us space to handle our job responsibilities without micro-managing. This has proven to be very rewarding and has given me a lot of professional confidence. I feel very appreciated for what I contribute to the company. Not only because they verbalize their thanks often but because they go above and beyond with "extras" for the employees. Free catered lunch daily, free monthly haircuts, a masseuse pops in once a month for chair massages, a birthday celebration each month for employees, offsite company gatherings, great insurance, flexible schedule, etc. I truly enjoy coming to work every day.
Cons
Location - the office is located several miles off of the interstate in an industrial area and can be jammed up during rush hour.

- Organizational structure is very broad, people at the top are accessible and know/care about everyone - Very low turn over with many long time employees - Generally positive/friendly environment - Hands off/results oriented management style - Flexible vacation schedule - Healthcare offered - Free lunch provided for each employee daily
Cons
- Lack of clear hierarchy sometimes creates confusion - Employees are expected to wear many hats (startup environment) - Organization manages many brands which creates complexity - No formal training program. Employees learn through doing/asking
