Cons
No psychological safety inside this company. You either tow the line or you are out. No accountability from leadership and from the line right below only interested in protecting its position rather that supporting the development of the company. Constant gaslighting by some managers. Smart people recruited but not given the means to do well their jobs and they are blamed for it. If a person is highly successful prior to joining your company and is highly successful after leaving, then the problem is not the individuals, the issue is with your operations and the incompetent managers that blocked their ability to find success here.
