Pros
Truly a great place to work. A small size company with a great culture that was able to accomplish their business goals without losing focus of its employees. Great: work/life balance, competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, colleagues
Cons
None that easily come to mind. However, it was a difficult transition having come from an environment driven exclusively by billable hours.
