      Thanks for your review. We do have a great established team here. Unfortunately the recruitment industry is renowned for being super competitive, which isn’t for everyone.

      Pros

      Great team environment Commission structure is phenomenal - 50% on some stuff. Really clear progression structure from day one - you know what you need to achieve to be promoted. Private healthcare Early finish fridays Brand new office

      Cons

      None that I can think of. No dress down Friday is probably as bad as it gets..

      Thanks for your honest feedback. We didn't do dress down Friday, but now do a casual dress code everyday :)
